Shipping policy

We try our best to always have product in inventory to ship out orders within 3 days after your payment has been approved by the payment provider.
In case a product is not available we will contact you upon receiving your order to provide you with shipping information. Simba Cal inc. is our fulfilment services provider taking care of shipping your order in the United States. In Europe and Asia we ship from Pitchfix warehouses. Standard shipping is done with UPS ground services from Simba’s warehouses in The United States, in Europe we ship through GLS. Please allow 2-5 days for transit depending on your location. Tracking information for your order will be provided by email.
